Before you Whiten

If you answer yes to any of the following items you will want to consult your dentist.

1. I have existing tooth decay, periodontal disease, or gingivitis
2. I am photosensitive or on photosensitive medications
3. I am pregnant or breastfeeding
4. I am under the age of 18 (if yes, need parent consent)
5. I have had oral extractions within the last 30 days
6. I am wearing oral piercings (remove prior to use)
After
You will only be able to drink water within the first hour after your whitening. You are heavily whitening for that next hour. You will want to avoid any foods that could potentially stain your teeth for the next 24 hours. ie red wine, spaghetti sauces, smoking, dark soda.
Your habits play in effect on how long your teeth whitening will last. Typically 3 months.
