Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How Does the process work?

A: The process of securing everlasting jewelry onto the wearer is easy, quick, painless, and non-invasive. Measure the length of chain needed, cut the chain, and place it around your customer’s wrist, neck, ankle, or finger. Connect a jump ring and then close it quickly and easily with a pulse-arc welder. Add beautiful dangles and links to create unique, personalized jewelry that can be worn — always.

Q: Does it hurt?

A: Not at all.  The arc welder is very small and creates a minor spark.

Q: How long do they last?

A: You can wear the jewelry for as long as you like.  If you want to take a break, you can simply cut at the jump ring, and even later on have it put back on so save it.

Q: Can permanent jewelry break?

A: It Shouldn't, because your piece has to clasp and is measured to you perfectly to fit, it can sometimes stretch.   However, if does break we do a re-weld for free in your first 30 days after that. It's just $10 to reattach any time after 30 days or to attach a chain from another provider.

Q: Can I get through TSA with my jewlery

A: Yes,

Q: Do I need an appointment?
